Brief description
The automatic saline injection machine is used to inject the curing (saline water mixed with ingredients) into meat block.the curing can tenderize the meat and improve the meat product taste and the production rate.

Features
1. All of the machine parts is made of food grade stainless steel ,which is in accordance with food hygiene standards.
2. In order to separate the injection machine from small meat block completely, the machine is equipped with filter function. The special design can extrude the small meat block from the injection curing and effectively guarantee the injection pinhole is not blocked
3. Transmission chain can be removable, easy to clean, needle disassembling and replacing is easy.
4. Injection pressure can be adjusted between 0.1---0.9MMPa. The pressure gage shows the injection pressure, intuitive, and convenient.
5. Adopting frequency conversion governor chain step distance and step speed as well as needle injection speed is adjustable.(OPTIONAL)
6. The meat with bones can also be injected. The machine is equipped with the automatic needles protection device. The needles can lift automaticly when touch the hard matter to avoid damage.
7. The electric box can be installated separately to avoid damp.
8. The mating material barrels can make injection curing recyle, No wasting!
9. It is also applied in fish, sea cucumber, poultry products by changing needle.
