The fried peanut production line flow chart:

Blanching ------Peeling----- Frying-----Deoiling-----Seasoning-----Packing

1. Blanching machine

The peanuts need to be rinsed or blanched, you can take the process in accordance with

the choice of your treatment.

2. Peeling machine

Peeling machine is mainly used to peel skin of nut like Almond, Peanut, Chickpea, Soybean, etc. It's wet type peeling equipment. Before peeling, chickpea should be soaked in warm water for about 4-5 mins. It's popular in the food production and manufacture of drinks like almond milk, peanut milk, etc.

3. Frying machine

Heat the oil to 170 degrees Celsius, then put the dehydrated peanuts into the frying

machine for about 1.5 minutes, french-fries about 5 minutes.

4. Deoiling machine

Put the fried peanuts into the Deoiling machine, then peanuts will be ok for one minutes.

5. Seasoning machine

Put the deoiled peanuts into the seasoning machine, adding spices according to the tastes

of your choice, switch on the power, spices will be evenly attached to the peanuts

6. Packing machine

The capacity is 60-100bags/hour

Generally, these peanuts should be packed with Nitrogen.
