1. Blanching machine
The purpose is to reduce bacterial contamination and keep the color, taste, and nutrients of fruits and vegetables.
Blanching method is put the fresh materials in the hot water or boiling water for 3-10 mins, the time is up to the kinds of raw materials,such as maturity and the size, shape.

2. Peeling machine
Peeling machine is mainly used to peel skin of nut like Almond, Peanut, Chickpea, Soybean, etc. It's wet type peeling equipment. Before peeling, chickpea should be soaked in warm water for about 4-5 mins. It's popular in the food production and manufacture of drinks like almond milk, peanut milk, etc.
